Biography:

Toxin is the name of a Symbiote in Marvel Comics, the thousandth Symbiote of its lineage and a spawn of the notorious Carnage.

Toxin's first appearance was in *Venom/Carnage #1* (2004).

Initially bonded to NYPD officer Patrick Mulligan, Toxin possessed immense potential power, arguably greater than both Venom and Carnage. Mulligan struggled with controlling the Symbiote's violent tendencies, striving to use its abilities for good. The Toxin Symbiote has a unique accelerated growth rate compared to other Symbiotes.

Later, the Toxin Symbiote was forcibly taken from Mulligan and bonded to Eddie Brock.
